Prof. Fuchun Sun (孙富春 教授)

Biosketch: Fuchun Sun received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University, Beijing, in 1997. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include intelligent control and robotics.,Prof. Sun was the recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is the Editor-in-Chief for Cognitive Computation and Systems and an Associate Editor for a series of international journals, including the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Mechatronics, and Robotics and Autonomous Systems.
孙富春博士目前是清华大学计算机科学与技术系教授,博士生导师。IEEE/CAAI/CAA Fellow。兼任清华大学校学术委员会委员,计算机科学与技术系学术委员会主任,智能技术与系统国家重点实验室常务副主任。兼任单位国家重点研发计划机器人总体专家组成员,中国人工智能学会副理事长,中国自动化学会常务理事,中国计算机学会智能机器人专业组主任。担任国际刊物《Cognitive Computation and Systems》主编,国际刊物《IEEE Trans. on Fuzzy Systems》《IEEE Trans. Systems, Man and Cybernetics》《International Journal of Control,Automation, and Systems(IJCAS)》副主编或领域主编,国内刊物《中国科学:F辑》和《自动化学报》编委。  

 

Prof. Changxu (Sean) Wu (吴昌旭 教授)
Tsinghua University, China (清华大学)  

Biosketch: Dr. Wu graduated from the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in 2007. After graduation, he worked as an assistant professor, associate professor, and tenured full professor at the State University of New York and the University of Arizona in the United States. In 2020, he was selected to return to China as a full-time tenured full professor at Tsinghua University. Dr. Wu's research integrates cognitive science and engineering systems design, and is committed to modeling human cognitive systems and their applications in system design, improving the safety and efficiency of human-computer systems, promoting human performance in human-computer interaction and optimizing human workload. Dr. Wu has published 133 papers in the field of human factors engineering, including 95 journal papers, 36 conference papers, 2 English monograph chapters, and a number of intelligent system design patents. IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportations Systems, MAN, and Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportations Systems, Psychological Review (Impact Factor: 9.02), ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction, and several other journals. He has served as Chair of the Human Performance Modeling Technology Group of the International Society for Human Factors Engineering (HFES). He is also an associate editor of four international SCI journals: IEEE Transactions on Human Machine Systems, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems), Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries, Behaviour & Information Technology. In 2015, he received the Senior Fellow of the Year Award from the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Wu trained students to work in Pennsylvania State University and other famous universities, as well as the United States General Motors, General Electric, Lenovo and other major enterprises.

Assoc. Prof. Song Wei (宋伟 副教授)
North China University of Technology, China (北方工业大学)  

Biosketch: SONG, Wei is vice dean of International School, associate professor in the School of Information Science and Technology, North China University of Technology in China, and PhD Supervisor in Department of Multimedia Engineering at Dongguk University. His current research interests include Environment Perception, LiDAR, 3D Object Recognition, Semantic Segmentation, and 3D Reconstruction. He received his B.S. degree in software engineering from Northeast University in China, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in multimedia engineering from Dongguk University, Korea in 2005, 2008, and 2013, respectively. In current years, he published 2 textbooks about 3D Programming, more than 100 papers (34 SCI papers), and 2 patents. He finished 10 projects as PI. He is a guest editor of Remote Sensing Special Issue on 3D Reconstruction and Visualization of Dynamic Objects/Scenes using Data Fusion, an editor of Journal of Multimedia Information System, the program chair and committee member of the international conferences of MITA2014, MUE2016, IAIT2016, BDIOT2018, ICIOT2020, etc..  

 

Assoc. Prof. Fei Hao (郝飞 副教授)
Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China (陕西师范大学)  

Biosketch: Dr. Hao received the B.Sc. degree in Information and Computing Science and the M.Sc. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Xihua University, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Soonchunhyang University, South Korea, in 2016. Since 2016, he has been with Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, China, where he is an Associate Professor. He is currently taking a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship at the University of Exeter, Exeter, United Kingdom.
His research interests include social computing, soft computing, big data analytics, pervasive computing, and data mining. Dr. Hao holds a world-class research track record of publication in the top international journals and the prestigious conferences. He has published more than 100 papers in the leading international journals and conference proceedings, such as IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Internet Computing, ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications and Applications as well as SIGIR, GlobeCom. In addition, he was the recipient of six Best Paper Awards from CSA 2020, CUTE 2016, UCAWSN 2015, MUE 2015, IEEE GreenCom 2013 and KISM 2012 conferences, respectively. He was also the recipient of the Outstanding Service Award at FutureTech 2019, DSS 2018, and SmartData 2017, the IEEE Outstanding Leadership Award at IEEE CPSCom 2013 and the 2015 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad. Since 2017, he has joined JIPS (Journal of Information Processing Systems) editorial board, where he is currently an associate editor. He is also a member of ACM, CCF and KIPS.
